Before today, there had been 13 shootings by Dallas police, matching the total for all of last year. Seven have been fatal. There were 18 shootings in 2010 and 17 in 2009.

Lol..They called them in because someone was shot. No word on if he was armed or not will post more when I get information.The people in the neighborhood are saying he was unarmed and was running away and was shot in the back.

I believe Chicago has the dubious distinction of shooting their citizens the most.

That's what every black transplant to the south from Chicago has told me. No joke, literally every single one. Most from the midwest and west in general have told me the south is less racist now an a better place for blacks. Black folks from the NE tell me it's about the same as where there from. This is in TN, NC, & GA though. IDK about other places like Bama, Texas, or Louisiana.
