He said that pregnancy in cases of incest or statuatory rape had never been presented to him in a personal way and that he's open to discussion about the matter. I'm suggesting a way for him to fill in his knowledge gap as a legislator who makes policy decisions. In a hospital like Dallas' Parkland, which delivers 15-16k babies per year, he'd see at least a handful every day. My aunt would be happy to introduce him around.

If he has not heard that women can get pregnant from statutory rape, then he is grossly incompetent and extremely ignorant. He has no businesses being in a position of power or influence. Give him a mop and a bucket, that's all he is qualified to do.
