No, they fail in denying it. Any country which is ruled by a communist country, is communist. They have Chinese communism, which is just another flavor of communism. It is what it is.

This is a strange question and why think people here know?
Clearly, both Russia and China have a long technological history. Not sure why communism even matters.
I know of Russian discoveries that weren't interested in patents or commercialization since they were only interested in the science. Their research was beneficial in a US "product".
