California has become the first state in the nation to ban therapy that tries to turn gay teens straight.
Gov. Jerry Brown announced Sunday that he has signed Senate Bill 1172, which prohibits children under age 18 from undergoing “sexual orientation change efforts.”
Teaching your kids to be homosexuals is child abuse.

Child abuse is telling your kid that he should have oral/anal sex with another teenager. And with the parent's blessing.

And so there will probably be a "therapy" referral so that kids can be told how to get the most out of being gay. How much will that cost the state of California?
No one is teaching anyone to be gay. BTW I am very happy I live in a civilized state and not some horrible red state where this kind of abuse is tolerated.
As for financial bailouts, we've been contributing far more then any other state at least for the last 70 years and we're still financially supporting most of our worthless welfare sucking red state countrymen. So who exactly has been getting bailouts and subsidies?
For people who have unwanted same sex attraction, that therapy can be helpful. Gays constantly try to claim that change therapy is harmful, but even the APA says there's no research to support those claims.
