Some of you guys are incredibly dense. Can't you think on your own, or do you just read headlines and what you're fed and run with it?

McCaskill surges; Akin abortion comments draw fire - KansasCity.com

To safely assist a woman in the process of a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage) is an important function, not a fraudulant activity. However, for this former PP employee to openly admit to lying to girls and women in order to perform a procedure simply for the money is stunning. Has she no idea that she's leaving herself open to criminal charges if what she's saying is in fact true? How unbelievably corrupt and without scruples.

He didn't say THEY ARE GIVING ABORTIONS TO WOMEN WHO AREN'T PREGNANT.

He gave a list of examples of what he thinks other kinds of lawbreaking is, and that includes giving women abortions who don't need them. By that he means committing medicaid fraud. Because clinics would submit paperwork to be reimbursed by the feds for ABORTIONS THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
So what?

Does that mean that abortion should be banned? Are we going to ban ALL procedures that have ever been fraudulently subitted to medicaid?

What kind of logic is that?

Does he think that banning abortion will wipe out Medicaid fraud? Really?

The problem is the culture of GREED......and banning abortion isn't going to change that.

The man is certifiable.....no matter which way you look at his comment.

There was an abortionist here who was sentenced to prison for similar fraud. Actually he was sometimes saving babies to sell them. He would even tell the women that at a certain stage of the pregnancy an abortion was too dangerous and he'd have them come back when the baby would be older and might survive an early delivery and sold them on the black market. And apparently did abortions on women who weren't pregnant - but that's actually much better than killing actual babies.

When someone makes killing tiny humans their livelihood, what would you put past them?

Another fine example of what is wrong with the Republican party. Their tent is too big. There are simply too many people like this dude under the tent.
