Keep in mind Akin also thinks that the female body can tell the difference between sperm from a rape and sperm from consensual sex. It's as if this moron actually believes there are microscopic police officers with guns shooting the bad sperm as it fights its way into the uterus. It's a way of saying "without her consent, she wouldn't have gotten pregnant." Therefore, a woman who says she was raped and wants an abortion is lying because it's very unlikely. In other words, maybe she enjoyed it just a little.
There are a lot of ignorant people, mostly men, who think that "NO!" while you are fighting for your life and screaming "HELP" means maybe.
