How stupid can men be to disclose their real names at brothels, and not pay in cash? Kind of shows how dumb they are.

If the woman's face is made public, and it was, then the men should be treated the same.

No. Absolutely not. They are innocent until proven guilty.

And by the way, prostitution should not be illegal. Government should not have the authority to tell me who I can have sex with.

Maybe I missed it, but have they been convicted?

No, and she should not be charged. No crime here and we know it.

Why do you think they are married? And if they are, why should the government get involved in their marriage?

If we didn't have Obamacare, you wouldn't. And by the way, millions of people get STD without ever seeing a prostitute and millions of people have sex with prostitutes and never get STD.

Ask your pimp - he'll explain it to you -- right after he beats the crap out of you.

I take it you've never seen a prostitute who was brutally beaten by her pimp.
Millions of prostitutes don't have pimps. You've been watching too much TV.

I can assure you that if I'm ever on a jury in a prostitution trial, my verdict will be "Not Guilty".

Gosh, Americans and their need to legislate morality. It's so last century. Consenting adults are having sex - big deal. I don't care if money is paid for sex, or an eventual inheritance, or a car, or a college education. Time to get over it.

Today in Maine prostitution IS illegal. If people want to work to make it legal, then, they should. I do think it should remain a crime and both parties, the man and the woman, should be punished equally. People claiming that no one committed a crime are wrong.
