Typical Black woman.

And another. Notice how they speak. Virtually indistinguishable.

Bridge is still for sale, BTW.

Obama has wasted such a huge opportunity to change the mindset of black people. To many, he is an inspiration because he is even president. But how much more could he have changed the outlook and outcome of our lives if had spent some time and effort going over what made him "successful". Going to inner city communities with a purpose of inspiring young black men to stay away from drugs, or crime, and advance yourself through hard work - and then back it up with some programs.

Two problems with the above scenario.
1- He does not seem to engage in hard work as a habit. In his world, you pay to play - or you advance with your connections. So if hard work, productivity, and advancing the regular way has not been his experience, he won't be able to sell that to others effectively.

2- His heart seems to be more towards the Muslims instead of blacks in America. NASA was directed to have outreach towards Muslims. His first phone call upon becoming president was to Muslims. His first foreign trip was to the Middle East. So black people are not his priority.

I absolutely, totally agree. And maybe, when everything is said and done, that is why I took off my rose colored glasses and started judging him with same criteria that I would any other politician. Once he loss his free pass, I discovered his policies stunk.

How so? Can you describe in brief?

Interesting take. Many expected Obama to do great things for the black community. I wasn't fooled though.

There were promises he did break - cutting deficits in half, transparency on legislation, rooting out waste and inefficiency in gov't, banning earmarks, etc. He had nothing to do with bin Laden except the words he spoke. But OK - he gets credit - I get it.

Anyway - so he didn't make any promises to blacks. OK. But why couldn't he help out of the goodness of his heart? He helped green energy... He helped Wall Street and the big banks... He went to certain communities on his jobs bus.

The truth is he knows he has the overwhelming majority black vote. So there is no incentive to do anything for black people. We have put ourselves (collectively speaking) in that predicament by being blind followers of Democrats.

No - that's not the typical black woman. That's just as bad as saying all black men are in jail or use drugs. Or Biden saying - 'look, Obama is a clean, articulate well spoken black man' - as though he is the only one.

How can he not be? Historically speaking, obama has been terrible for our economy.

First off, almost everything the dems hated about Bush, Obama has continued and even doubled down on.
