Is this prediction being made by the same administration that announced we would have 5% unemployment by 2012?

And that the world would love us once we started being nice to them?

No, in fact this prediction is being made by the International Energy Agency, not the administration.

We've known for years the crude and gas was there, but can we drill it, transport it, and refine it? The WH just closed a ton of land to drilling. He and the environmentalists fight every pipeline planned. They can spew all the numbers of how we COULD be the next top producer, but I'll bet we're never allowed to.
