I don't see a poll here?

But to answer the question, yes. We voted for the end of the United States of America. Let's get it over with.

This isn't a "fiscal cliff", this is a mother and father who simply cannot afford to buy groceries this week.

The real fiscal cliff will be a monetary collapse and every American will finally realize how dangerous it was to bury our heads in the sand for so many years. And yes, the collapse should happen, sooner rather than later so we can be honest with ourselves, and start the REAL recovery.

Yes, yes, we should. It would fill most of the requirements of the debt commission in one swoop and it happens automatically so the Republicans can't even stop it if they wanted to without Democratic help.

No. We should use this opportunity to foster bipartisanship and realize that we as a nation need to work together to solve our challenges.

What if total default and sudden investment collapse is the only way to "solve our challenges", then would it be ok?

Winning by default is never as sweet as winning through positive action. You win the race by running the best time, not because the other guy fell down.

Okay, the poll is there, but you forgot the category: I'm neither liberal nor conservative; I think they've both destroyed the country. So let's now sleep in the bed we've made.

Chances are if a mother and father cannot afford to buy groceries, then they aren't making income at the relevant brackets to be affected by these tax increases, save for a 2% payroll increase.
