The funny thing is all the Taliban also like to bugger little boys, it's actually a well known cultural thing in Afghanistan, and rich or powerful men train little boys to dress up as women and dance for them before they go pedo. The whole country is sick.

Incorrect, the Taliban actually stamped out the practice when they ruled over Afghanistan. The practice you refers to predates Islam.
That being said the idea of virtuous faithful murdererous Taliban fighters seems dubious.
So? Of course they think it's funny. Doesn't everyone? I mean not the fact that he had an extra-marital affair but the fact that a huge portion of our country is ignorant enough to believe that 1) it caused him to resign from his position, and 2) he had a choice as to whether to resign. He had to be gotten rid of and discredited before his Libya testimony.
The man had an affair. Who cares? That's between he and his wife and has nothing to do with his job. Bill Clinton did the same thing, lied about it under oath, and was impeached. Did he resign? Did any of the sanctimonious Democrats even suggest that he resign? Of course not.
Oh yeah right! which is worse. Americans cheat on their wives, and the taliban, just cut their wives heads off, which is the worse.
Odd they can see the wrong in what cheating does, but the wrongs they do and commit, they don't see.
