The Blacks are hugely insulted by the suggested inference you are implying...in fact I saw a clip on this tonight....it really is a low thing to suggest.....and I'm not expanding on this, if you cannot get it thats your unpopular-unlikeable problem.

Why are the blacks insulted, do they not know that the interracial ban was not just a black and white issue, it was bans on all races from marrying each other. That ban had to be reversed and forced upon all of the US citizens, including those who refused to recognize any marriage other that the same race marriages they were accustomed to. Us gays are extremely insulted that we are excluded from the equal protections granted to all of this countries ditizens regardless of race or religion or lack of religion. Giving us the same rights to marriage does not take away from those you partake of, it evens the field for us by giving us full equal status, full equal rights, full citizenship in this supposedly equal country where rights are not determined by tyranny of the majority or tyranny of the church.

When gay parades were all the rave here in SA, the crazies were bible thumpers along the pavements with counter protest signs and really making fools out of themselves. Years later, SSM is now legal and the gay pride parades are a one off event in one coastal city whereas before it was national. Other than getting what they wanted, nothing has changed, the sky did not fall, imaginary god did not wreak havoc on the nation, the poles did not shift, the sun still "rises" in the east.
No church has been forced to perform any SSM, they can however do so electively. What did change was that hate speech was outlawed so you cannot have anyone inciting anything against a minority group in the "public square". The religious are free to voice their opinions in their churches but seeing that that is a dying culture, only the oldies attend or listen to that nonsense.
The gays are now less vocal and less in your face, it was a win-win. In fact I have heard nada since SSM became legal from fundie-land. The only reason churches here are closing is b/c folk have cottoned onto the scam and no longer attend them.

Meh, you're wrong on all counts. Homosexuality has existed and been documented throughout various societies whether flourishing or not. It's been documented in many other species. It's probably because sex has come to serve as much more than just a strictly biological reproductive act not just for humans but for a lot of species in the world. I have no idea what "instruments of cause in fueling" is supposed to mean, but if you mean to pin HIV on homosexuals specifically for creating the virus, then you're pretty far off the rocker. Also, what about stuff like heart diseases, various cancers, down syndrome, alcoholism, etc. basically all diseases and syndromes in the world? Do you have specific groups you'd like to pin down for each thing? Is this a new fashionable drinking game?
