Probably, never. It's being branded as a utopian state that needs to be protected by any means necessary.
Personally, I realized when I had to pay to get anything I wanted without having legal issues. For example, I can't fish at the local river without telling someone first....and paying a fee. It's ridiculous that a man can't fish without answering to someone.
Also, you can't hunt and sell game meat. I mean, cavemen had more rights than I do. It's ridiculous how society is now.
One last example, some guy was supposed to come and put in a new sceptic tank...last I heard he was waiting on like the fourth permit. It's literally digging a hole in the ground and connecting pipes...a one day job he said, weeks to get it done because people must know what you're doing and how you're doing it.
But, if I were to go find a guy to do it for me and skip all the red tape bs, I'm the bad guy for not following the rules and deserved to be fined and/or whatever else.
I just give up with people...I'm just hoping it bites them in the rear in the end...that way, if nothing else, it'll be comical.
