The incompetence is more than sufficient. Any conspiracy would be in the "or worse" category I put in parentheses. The administration's handling of the middle east countries and conflicts has been abysmal.
That's funny, cause I'd bet the farm you are a fan of the last President who started a protracted guerrilla war in Iraq that cost over 4000 Americans their lives, and over ten times that many injuries that will last a lifetime.
