actually, if you say you are traveling and not commiting commerce, the states really have no authority to make any get a drivers license. it is just that people dont like fighting it in court.

So which country is that libertarian run country? I am sure that has to be at least one in the world for libertarians to look up to and say they want to be more like that country.

The woman was driving without a license in a car that had no registration stickers, that is called breaking the law regardless of what state she was from or driving through.
