Dude, I'm not reading these nuts' thesis on the why they're right. Hard facts, what court has upheld their arguments?

Anyone can say the 2nd amendment, 14th amendment or the 16th amendment are unconstitutional, but until a court of law or the SCOTUS makes such a ruling these silly beliefs are simply legal arguments.
