Is it fair for the rich to be tax more then the middle upper class people?

You would think "fairness" could be evaluated by a person in a logical manner and free from bias but alas, its often seen by many with what THEY consider fair rather than what fair really is...

Yes, it is fair to increase the tax rate for people making above $250K back to Clinton Era taxes when they were already considered low taxes.

currrent rates on 250000 is 35 percent so currently the small buisness man pays
250000 x 35 = 87500
so he is allwed to keep 162500 of his money

letssay he makes 260000x.39 he woudl get taxed 101400 and take home 158000.
So he would do better to make one dollar less than 250000 and keep more money then making 260000 more and take home less money.
Does not make much sense for those small business peopel who are on the border line

No, not unless they recieve some incremental gain in the additional tax dollars they pay for...
