It looks like the money S&W gave to the NRA to scare stupid people was money well spent.

First thing he did after getting re-elected was to push for more UN gun controls.

Where to begin?

Guns are flying off the shelves, and it's liberals that are in a "tizzy"?

Liberals are Nazis? No, they're communists? Both? Your understanding of ideologies seems roughly commensurate with your understanding of ... well, just about everything else.

Anyway, you seem to be bragging that the same people who bought the bogus 2008 claims that "Obaa is coming for yer guns!" are buying the same repackaged nonsense four years down the road?

Um ... okay ...

Anyway, I'm sure all the hand wringing over potential firearm bans is for naught, as Obama would surely veto any such legislation that was laid out on his desk
What would it matter if he's ever fired a gun or not? What would that prove one way or another?

Let's see, there's a well-known history of lefty politicians in liberal democracies banning guns over the past few decades. Britain has enacted bans to the extent that their Olympic athletes in shooting sports have to leave the country in order to practice. Australia, much the same. Mexico and Canada, our Southern and Northern neighbors, both have strict gun bans in place. The US has had a history of anti-gun hysteria, and incremental bans, to the point where handgun ownership was effectively banned in major cities like Chicago and DC' prior to the Heller case.

But we gun owners are "paranoid" to think that a left-wing collectivist politician like Obama, who is on record as favoring a ban on all semi-auto guns, might be cooking up a ban "under the radar."

MMMMKKKKAAAY.

You lefties just keep telling yourselves how brilliant you are, and how dumb we red neck right wingers are. Make yourselves feel good about yourselves. Superior, even! Go ahead, do it, make my day, lol.

You can believe that is happening all you want, but until something tangible occurs, it is all BS.

If guns become banned, then you'll have a point. Until then, it is hysteria.

These leaners really are something and many of them own guns of one type or another. I was looking around a few minutes ago for something they could really get a kick out of and found this source of UN gun control that I am sure many of them would enjoy. The problem is that they won't take a chance of seeing anything this good.

Brilliant!

How do we discern what President Obama will do vis-a-vis firearms?

We don't look at ... you know ... what President Obama has done in his four years in office ... we talk about what's going on in Australia ...

You really covet that Dumbest Post of the Day award, don't you?

I finally read one of your links.

Quote:
Insurgents, armed gang members, pirates, terrorists - they can all multiply their force through the use of unlawfully acquired firepower. The illicit circulation of small arms, light weapons and their ammunition destabilizes communities, and impacts security and development in all regions of the world
Ridding insurgents, armed gang members, pirates, and terrorists of guns is terrible. If only they could carry out their goals in peace.
