Do liberals and anti-gun nuts not see the hypocrisy of our own Government?

People have died in Mexico and in the United States because of illegal trafficking of assault weapons by our Government as part of Operation Fast and Furious, yet not one peep out of the Left. In fact, they've gone out of their way to accuse conservatives of being on a "witch hunt" for attempting to hold this government accountable for its actions.

But ONE legal gun in Connecticut has all of a sudden caused us to have a "national conversation" over gun control?

It would be hilarious if it weren't so goddamned idiotic what we've allowed this country to become.

Good point. They also kill more children with drones, etc than have ever been killed in our schools.

It's really funny to watch the Dems defend government killing and no control over government guns.

You need to find a new word. You have pounded "hypocrisy" into a meaningless puddle of goo.

True, but that's not an excuse. It's a shame and an embarrassment.

It's a good point but this board operates as a football game with both sides trying to score points and the mantra here is "my team is better than yours". No liberal is going to address this because it is, indeed, an hypocrisy. You will not get any valid or well-thought out responses from the left, not saying I disagree with you though.

I think it was the 20 dead kids... Not the one gun...
