Well, cars kill more people than guns. Would you give up your car?

Approximately 805 people have died in car accidents in the United States in the past week (7 days).

Are you saying that the objective of a car is to kill?
That's the sole reason for guns, they're killing machines.

Another idiot thread.

Your argument holds no water, yet keep defending it. You probably think communism is a great idea as well, if only you were allowed to be in charge.

Really, I have not killed a single thing and have shot all my guns many many times....well, unless you count all that damn paper....paper just seems to **** me off I guess....

So sad that you would make a sweeping judgement call like that....

Clearly, the RW is very concerned about possible new controls on guns. It's funny to watch, really.

What's funny is all these ignorant threads, when people get worried about children being killed, in a mass murder type situation....but yet the children being killed, not in mass murder style, they don't care about....

Guns are manufactured and sold with one purpose in mind: to kill. Cars are manufactured and sold with one purpose in mind: to get people from point A to point B. If you can't understand the difference then you're not smart enough to be trusted owning a gun. Maybe an IQ test should be required to own a gun if the OP's logic is typical of gun owners.

Do these cretins think this car thing is actually a good argument? I have to think that these are 12 year olds making these threads, or else we realy have some serious cognitive hindrance in this population.

If not to kill, why were guns invented?
Is that the reason cars were created, to kill?

I might have to go a little younger than 12.
I know a few pretty sharp 12 year olds.
