And in red states such as Louisiana, Alabama, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Georgia, Arizona, Mississippi, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, West Virginia, North Carolina, Indiana there aren't blighted, poor, crime-ridden areas, right?
