Exactly, and not only that, but members of both parties have introduced this legislation for over 20 years. The legislation, never went anywhere and there is nothing to suggest this one will, but yet now its some sort of conspiracy.....

Default I didnt vote for him, but...

Why would this bother you? Nobody seems to care if congress doesnt have term limits. Infact they re-elected 94% of the same last year. And we wonder why we cant get anything done.

Congress needs term limits just like the executive. And I think we need to reconsider life time appointments for Justices.

Yes, but there was no term limits back then for presidents. Tt's only till FDR died did people discuss, and subsequently pass, an amendment limiting the president to two terms
