There aren't enough feds to effectively carry out any EO unless the states and localities cooperate.
The locals and state cops cant cooperate by law even if they wanted to, and they dont want to...

It's already been decided by the supreme court...

The house could refuse to fund an expansion of FEDS...

And 0bama would be in court and eventually tried for treason...

You sayin' bureaucrats aren't people?

Maybe not, but they're persons, and statutory persons at that.

I think persons working under the legislative or judicial branches of government are immune to executive orders. Separation of powers.

I agree except the treason bit...

Everyone likes to throw around the word treason without having a clue what legal treason is.

No way could he be tried for treason...

You need to read the US Code and understand it. The creative interpretations don't fly. Especially when the code is extremely clear...

Obama is a constitutional scholar and Columbia/Harvard grad. Chances are his verbal SAT scores were pretty high.

I am not a follower of Obama like Biden is so what I said is very true but you don't want to see the point. He has told his head enforcement agent, Eric Holder not to enforce some laws passed by Congress and they sat on their hands and let him get away with it. In so doing he actually made a law on his own. No he can't legislate since the Constitution says that he is the enforcer and Congress legislates. Surely you can understand that.

I have read that thing many times and never saw those words in it. You are right.

The people still have the power to override any law passed by any branch of government providing they exercise that power through their representatives.
It is just a matter of educating the people.
When Nixon looked out his window and saw a million people outside the White House protesting, he realized the war was over, regardless of what he wanted to do.
The same is true today, if Obama saw a million people outside his door upset enough to actually do something, he would be powerless.
The real problem today is the people are unwilling to do anything except complain. We are as bad as the French; we simply give up our rights without a fight. We have become a country of sheep in a world of wolves.
We are losing our rights because we no longer deserve them; we are cowards and not willing to stand up for anything.
