The Framers were multi-lingual, and well educated.
Actually, this is largely historical myth. Few of the Framers could speak French at all. Jefferson probably was the closest to fluent, but of course he was not a Framer of the Constitution.
"Natural Born Citizen" was created from Vattell's works by the Framers, self evidentiary.
This is a physical impossibility. It would require a time machine to be true.
