not many politicians actually support and defend the Constitution of the USA, really only the military takes that oath seriously, that is why they cant stand politicians.
All the video proves is that he lies under oath and finds the Constitution amusing. He has lied about
every aspect of his presidency while going around congress on most matters.
He can try an EO on guns, but, nobody would pay attention to it. EO's carry little weight.
but we the people who are armed shall never allow ourselves to be registered our confiscated. no matter what the dolts in dc think. all they will want to happen is to cause a war, one they shall lose.
Would you have a problem with an Executive Order forcing all gun barers to report every Saturday to their Town Commons or equivalent for Militia Training to include close order drill, 20 mile hikes with full 60 lb kits, and other training in basic markmanship, hand to hand combat, basic field first aid and other relevant military arts for example semephore. After all if we are going to have a well regulated militia it better be something more than a pick up mob! Also how can it be well regulated unless the Commander in Chiel has a register of each gun owner with current contact information details of his arms and whether or not he is mentally and physically fit to perform his milita duties?

None of us were smiling and studdering while taking it...I know that as fact.

Outside of the Executive Branch, Executive Orders carry no weight. As Little-Acorn correctly mentioned, EOs are to be used to exercise the will of Congress, to establish policy within the Executive Branch, and for the deployment of troops.
Executive Orders do not carry any force of law outside the Executive Branch. Only Congress can enact federal law, not Presidents. If you apply an EO to the general public, then you have a dictator, not a President.

I will understand by your post that you really have no idea of what "well regulated" actually means.
also the militia is more than what you think it is. learn up on the meaning well regulated, as it does not mean having regulations written against it.
also learn up on grammer too and read the 2nd Amendment again, try to note that little comma in the 2nd, the ones that democrats always seem to forget.
So, does that mean they are going to stop selling full auto guns to criminals?
nah, the feds will always supply illegal firearms to the criminals, via programs such as fast and furious.
