You know who else used children for in their propaganda? Stalin, Hitler and just about every other power hungry dictator.

And the word 'Mao' can be made from the letters of Obama's name.

Now, THERE'S a real conspiracy!
It's the New World Order!
How much would you bet that the next president's name will contain the letters to make the word 'Castro'?

We're getting clooooossssseeeeerrrrr!

And Ronald Reagan:

Regulating armed people is not trashing the constitution, it is respecting it.

Second Amendment:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Not Second Amendment:
"Congress shall make no law against the right to keep and bear arms"

I'm not sure where that coincides with Federal legislation - doesn't it specify the state?

Yeah, funny how the gun nuts always ignore the "well regulated militia" part of the Amendment.

States' role is rather limited when it comes to the militia. And regardless of the roles defined for active militia (they don't need second amendment), states should take upon the responsibility to regulate sensibly rather than preach deregulation in which case, federal intervention is not unwarranted. This applies to EVERY thing. Articles of Confederation was killed in 1789.
