Unlike people without principles, those of us with principles will agree with people when we feel they are right, and disagree with them when we think they are wrong. Christie is a politician, and politicians sometimes do things because they are seeking political gain or favors.

Obama had kids on stage who responded to a national tragedy. They showed some initiative and maturity. Was the NRA's message positive about kids?

This kind of behavior is only to be expected of a pompous, low-grade politician trying to get re-elected in a state like New Jersey (but then again, think about it--being pompous and low-grade should only make him all the more viable for public office in a state like New Jersey).

It is pretty hilarious Not that long ago Christie was the darling of the party that they were begging to run for office in 2012, now they hate him because he occasionally speaks with sanity and not ultra-right wing, america hating BS>

Funny to see the far right being led around by the nose by a lobbying industry group.

Wait, they are ALWAYS being led around by the nose by some industry group.

My bad!

You're right, most GOP trolls hate things like "rational thought" and "helping people in crisis"

Based on right now, Christie will be the next President, if he wants it.

Who knows what the next 4 years will bring?

I'm a libertarian and have no idea what you are talking about.
That's ok though, most Democrats don't know what "rational thought" is and confuse boondoggles when they are disguised as cures for crisis. Real crisis are great, manufactured - just as good.
