Good question. Here's what we know: All the people who want to secede seem to also be the people who don't like anyone who isn't just like them. And they can't co-exist with their neighbors.

Does patriotism=rolling over to federal commandeering in all instances, or does it simply depend on the party affiliation and agenda of the individuals heading the executive/legislative branches who implement policy?
I don't get it--the libdems embraced and promoted various acts of state nullification between 2005 and 2009.
Why the change of heart? Surely it has nothing to do with our God-like Commander in Chief...
