NFL looking to adjust Rooney Rule to ensure diversity - ESPN

Here we go again. Affirmative action part 2 is about to hit the NFL. Just like liberalism has done to regular society, its starting to spread else where to ruin other aspects. The Rooney Rule (racist in itself) required teams to interview at least one minority candidate. Now, that apparently isnt enough. As if it wasnt insulting enough, some people are going to continue victimhood and what more action to force diversity.

You either succeed or you dont. You either have what it takes, or you dont. No one is not going to hire someone if they believe they can succeed because of their skin color in the NFL. Success leads to more money. This isnt the 50s. We have black POTUS. Leave things alone and get rid of affirmative action altogether. It does no good and keeps the focus on skin color.

For people (liberals) who claim to want to get to a racist free society as possible, you dopes sure have a way to make sure race is always focused on. And why is it that we dont hear asians or hispanics complaining about the NFL? Why does it almost always seem to be situations where its a black person playing the victim/race card? Do I want to say that? No, of course not, but its true. There arent enough blacks here, there arent enough blacks in this position....blah blah blah. Then work your way up and get there. Black people and other minorities have as much a chance to do anything in this country as anyone else. Quit playing the race/victim card. Not everyone is out to get you.

Sometimes, I dont think some people ever want to get past the race issue. I think they feel they can have an upper hand by playing a race card. Cant explain why except that given our liberal parrot media, it works.

Im not the NFL. Im not ESPN. This is a story like it or not.

And if you look at peoples comments on several different sites on this same story, the majority are sick and tired of any type of affirmative action. But of course, liberals and others dont see it that way. They still want some people to think they are victims and wont have a chance without their "help".
