in your haste to spread your ignorant views, it seems that you are seeing words that are not there and statements not being made.
Who said anything about illegal immigration . . .
Yeah, they could be tourists. Aren't we always trying to increase tourism? Texas and Arizona have some of the highest tourism rates in the country.

Could happen in a bus or in a cab.

They would only be, Born Citizens. Nothing "Natural" about it.
It needs to be amended then - the founders of the country and it's constitution created these laws during different times, and though they tried to be as circumspect as possible, I doubt they could have known how things would be today. People from other countries blatantly and with impunity come here to have their children so they will be citizens. There are 'services' that will fly women in from other countries, see to their accommodations, deliver their children, all in a nice little package.
It's an insult to the country and to the American people and it should be stopped.
We could say the exact same things today about the second amendment. The Founding Fathers couldn't "know how things are today." If we have another constitutional convention to do away with anchor babies we might as well update the guns things at the same time. Are you willing to do that?
I would personally be in favor of EVERYONE born in the US having to earn their citizenship by learning and serving in some form or fashion. It would make people more aware of what they have and what they stand to lose. If you have never been to some of the more impovrished areas of the world, you won't understand..

sorry, that is our nation's laws. If you want it changed, then bug your rep to suggest a Constitutional Convention to get an Amendment proposed. We already know that no congressional body will get the 2/3rds required vote to pass a bill, and then the bill has to be voted on by 3/4ths of the States in the Union.
Keep in mind, the last Constitutional Convention was in 1787.
The last amendment (27th) do be voted on by The states (ratified) was proposed in 1789, but ratification was done in 1992.
Do you honestly have no problem with women entering this country from every region of the world, for the sole purpose of giving birth to a "U.S. citizen" to avail themselves of all of our rights and privileges, including our tax-funded benefits? It's so shamefully abused they don't even try to hide their intent. A Mexican woman, who has never lived in this country, agreed to be interviewed on tape. She brazenly admitted that ALL of her children are U.S. citizens. She enters this country on a tourist visa near term, gives birth, and then returns to her nice middle-class home in Mexico. In fact, "Birth Tourism" is now a booming multi-billion dollar industry. Do you think that was the intent of the framers of the 14th Amendment?

What do you mean unfortunately? You sound like you don't want minorities to move into America.
You don't have a clue do you?
