It's all hyperbole, and probably plain racism. The teabaggers have no problem with corporate welfare which runs to the tune of hundreds of billions, 99% of recipients are white board of directors, while the icky black and brown people only get a few ten billion, which amounts to less than $2 of food stamps per meal per day
It is something Republicans say to make themselves feel better. Ultimately it fosters a misunderstanding of a whole lot of people who vote against them and will perpetuate their minority status. As such I don't see it as a big deal.
It's impossible to answer this logically and truthfully without you instantly labeling the person a racist. No matter how simple the math is you will attack the person delivering the message.
Seems conservatives are obsessed with racism. I didn't say anything about it at all. But it's great to know you see things in terms of race.

Yeah sure, it's always conservatives who are obsessed with racism.
Cell phones, expanded medicaid programs, free electric, free housing.... There has got to be a ton of them... We haven't even scratch the surface of lobbyists becoming middleman for these social programs...
