Actually, it's the Republicans. You see, they are very nosey. Always sticking their noses in our private lives. They have thus evolved huge noses, and since the air is free, Republicans are getting more of the free stuff.
I got a proposal...why don't we just stop giving away free stuff to anyone under 65 who is not severely disabled, this includes corporate bankers.
What about orphans? Make 'em work?
