Unfrickenbelievable!!!
Color me not shocked that a religious conservative from Kansas doesn't understand the problems with the anti-"gay" verses in the Bible, despite them even being explained in this very thread.

God didn't condemn gay people, he condemned heterosexual pagan prostitutes. Get an education.

And your religious beliefs don't dictate secular law. We are not a theocracy.

The behavior is the wedding or "commitment ceremony". He may also refuse to do a domestic partnership cake for heterosexuals. How would that work in court, he obviously isn't anti hetero?

Klein has said he has gay customers. He believes marriage should be between a man and woman as does the state of Oregon. He is against the activity and this whole case is about his refusal to provide something for that particular activity. His being against the one activity doesn't make him anti-gay, since he has served gay customers. I'm guessing he can prove this.

Now stupid people want to label it as hate when others demand to be able to exercise their GOD given right free will? Really?

Pass a law that makes everyone like everyone else. Pass a law that makes YOU like, tolerate and embrace religious views that you currently view as intolerant. Pass a law to remove a person's individual free will based on your idea of what free will should be limited to. You don't see the narcissism and hypocrisy you are displaying? Can you be that stupid? Really?

I can't understand the narcissistic sickness that says it is ok to be intolerant of someone simply because we believe they are intolerant. Hate is only ok if YOU are the ones doing the hating?

No double standards.
No hypocrisy.
No moral bankruptcy.

I'm a smoker, by the way, and don't feel like I've lost "all my rights." I can still smoke at home, in my car, outside (some places), and nobody has prohibited me from buying cigarettes. My "rights" are only restricted when I'm imposing upon other people, which is why I can't smoke in a restaurant or indoor/public space. Oh, I guess there is a connection after all.
I guess, to some, that equates to having lost "all" your rights.

You are essentially condoning what it does by participating and indulging in an activity fuelled by gross immorality and non religiousity. You line the pockets of an industry which is let's face it about as immoral as they come. Even two "Homos" don't quite have the power the Internet has, nor its impact on society and its moral values.

I believe some ultra Orthodox Jews are having a campaign to rid homes of TVs and computers. But even that is not enough. If you are using something ( even for business use) which actually oils the wheels of an industry so immoral then perhaps you should simply destroy the harbingers of that immorality.

How can you even condemn two "Homos" wanting a Wedding cake when you refuse to turn your back on and reject something which is far more damaging to your beliefs and its values.... By allowing this industry to thrive ever more with your usage you are endangering your own morality. You will always have "dirty" hands until you walk away and stop being part of this process. Simple.

Those people you find so immoral have been given a stronger, louder and clearer voice than ever ( and will be bringing people to their causes, filling their coffers) because of people like YOU. People who pick and choose which evil to take part in. Which immorality to bolster or not.

Anything which you do not reject which disseminates anti religion values you basically condone simply by doing nothing about and being passive. Claiming "I don't use the Internet/TV for those things" sadly does not cut the mustard as an argument. Because with your unspoken support and passivity you are whether you like it or not part of this process of immorality.... And contribute financially as well one way or another.

The Evil Empire might be a little closer to Home than you think. Time to chuck the TV and Computer out and stop using the Internet.
the internet is a tool how it's used (good or evil) is the only question.
homo "marriages" is one of the worst evil known to mankind. (there's no way to make it kosher)

Excellent points!

So, how about it, NY Jew? How do you reconcile your beliefs with the fact that you are obviously more than willing to use a product (computer/internet) that is a vessel for the "filth" you condemn?

Wrong. Refusing to serve someone based on race is being a bigot, and has nothing to do with a person's moral beliefs. Homosexuality crosses into the line of a person's moral beliefs. Therefore, you are asking a person to go against their beliefs to benefit the other party. That's wrong, IMO.
