Well ole donald is in a classic catch 22 situation here. By filing such an idiot suit in an attempt to disprove he's the spawn of monkeys he has proven the fact that he is.

guess again. for trump to prevail in court he has to prove that a "rational person" could believe that maher's offer was serious and not a joke. to do that he has to prove that it's reasonable to believe that an orangutan could his father.
in the other thread i linked to there are lawyers discussing the scenario.

should be a fun case if it goes to trial.
Trump should prove that his father was indeed an orangutan and own up to it, all it would take is a DNA sample!
Seems that he will do any thing for attention these days.
