The problem with Texas is it shares a land border with us. We need to do like the British did when they sent their prisoners to Australia and find a nice little island to send the wing nuts too. Is Bermuda for sale? We all pitch in a few bucks and buy it for them.
Then all you have to do is make a slick advertising campaign touting this great new gated community that has great weather, no taxes, no government, all the guns and explosives you want and the only channels on tv are fox news and court tv. And if you act now we'll transport you in a luxurious carnival cruise ship (unlikely to get stranded again) to your new permanent eutopian society...its seamless.
Bro, do you have a job or do you just sit around all day scouring the internet for right wing propaganda?
I do not know what you expect of the OP. After all, I believe he is 14 years old (I mean, he put his age in his name). Probably being home schooled.
By the by, I was in Tyler, Texas, a few months ago and saw the 'independence' group standing at an intersection, holding up their home-made signs saying "Texas Independence" and such. I guess there were about 20 of them, including the children. My wife and I got rather angry at the sight of a little boy, aged around 5, having to stand there and hold up his sign. He did not look happy. Anyway, I feel that Texas will remain part of the United States for many, many decades to come.
We're headed down that road, not enough "environmental pressures" yet for white America to restore order to this country and/or secede from the liberals and their pet savages. It's already happening in Europe, the sparks may begin here within 5 years, I'm guessing.
The ultimate irony would be if Texas did leave and then we invade them to take their oil.
Yeah, would be. Cause then you'd have to leave it in Texas and pay Texas corporations to refine the stuff. Or Texas could just revert to its old motto, 'Let the bastards freeze in the dark'

while there are some idiots in this state that are talking stupid stuff, they are not gaining steam.
As a southerner, I wish there was a C-D rule that would force the OP to change his name and stop offending my southern sensibilities.
I would suggest overtracist or Stormfronter or something along those lines. Oh well, one of the costs of free speach is to all the innane and ugly thier voice as well.
If you really want a rule to force a participant to use a name suitable to your sensibilities then you are NOT a conservative.

No, he's just a Southerner tired of cliches like Rebelyell and his ilk. I can't say I blame him. I'm a Southerner, raised by Southerners, and the cliche got old a long time ago.
We're not all dixiecrats, we're not the Beverly Hillbillies or Bo and Luke Duke, we don't all call for secession and we're comprised of conservative, liberal and moderate political ideologies, much like the rest of the country.
As devil's advocate, however, oppressive import tarrifs on anything Texan into the United States, it's largest consumer market, would help dissuade a "sovereign Texas" from being anywhere near as prosperous as it is today.
