Isn't that working for the enemy? I heard one talking about being in the tea party and I thought what a hypocrite. Am I wrong?

Definitions of "SANE GOVERNMENT" VARY FROM ONE PERSON TO THE NEXT JUST LIKE THE PART OF THE HUMAN ANATOMY THAT NEVER SEES ANY SUNSHINE (EXCEPT ON A NUDE BEACH, perhaps...). And, if that were not true, Obama would not have been re-elected, and Romney's campaign would have been shorter than Cain's.

We would not have gone over to voting for the "lessor of the Evils".

It actually makes more sense for a conservative to receive the benefits back for what he has put into the government system. Ideally, any person who votes for higher taxes and redistribution of earnings should not be allowed to receive them, because it makes it a corrupt system.

For the same reason a conservative governor should darn well take the federal funds offered to his state. Especially since his state was probably more responsible for contributing a higher portion to begin with.

Some people are backwards in their thinking.

If hypocracy were a criime there would be no one left to guard the incarcerated.

Hypocracy in the US president you would think to be a concern, apparently not.

You'd figure ethics would be a major criteria in electing legislative representatives, but it is not.
Ethics is extrememly important in sports heroes!

The OP assumption that the T-party somehow conflicts with working for dept of homeland security....love that term 'homeland' where did we hear of that term?.... why would working for DHS be hypocracy?

Are you talking about the media hyped T-party or the majority of the country who holds that fiscal responsibility and smaller government is preferred?

As the media created 99% was pure fantasy, they have now tried to defame the T-party with accusations that characterized the socialist fringe propagandized to represent 99% of the American people.
Who would believe that any survey on anything would show 99% agreement....there will always at least 30% contrarians/profoundly ignorant. The media got overconfident in naming and supporting those violent nutcases. The media gave it its best shot.

The TeaParty is an idea that the American people embrace.

Be concerned about the hypocracy of hiring a tax cheat as head of the treasury, hiring a communist as green energy jobs czar. Be concerned with the hypocracy of the US president hiring and associating with a known terrorist, once on the FBI's most wanted list, Bernadine Dorn, chrages dropped because of the way evidence was collected...not because she was innocent.

Be concerned with the hypocracy of Obama creating an enemy out of wall st execs and then hiring them to wrk in the treasury dept. The biggest exageration being Jon Corzine, the man who Biden and Obama turned toward to seek economic advice.

This is not true at all. So conservatives have put in. So are saying redstates pay more in taxes than blue ones. I'm going to leave this alone. Your post is false.

I've always heard that 'If you're not a part of the solution then you're a part of the problem'. Calling people who are trying to help secure the public hypocrits doesn't help the solution...

Tea party members are anti government and anti other things that I wont mention . So why would a member work for the enemy. Thanks for going off topic about President Obama to try and derail the thread.

My favorite Tea Party sign of all time (seen in Chicago): "Uncle Sam: Keep Your Hands Off My Medicare!!!"

Yeah, Tea Party members can be pretty clueless...

Yes, you're wrong. Unless I missed when it became a requirement for all employees to agree with every practice and policy of their employer as a condition of employment.

Got a link showing that? No? Well, then next time you want to insult the Tea Party you might want to try to come with something rational.
