^^^This. Every time I hear a birther rant, I always think of the times when free blacks had to show their "papers" to prove themselves--and how many of them would not mind returning to those days. Ugh.
So even though it is required to be a born citizen of the United States to be President and Obama is President asking him to show proof that he is a natural born citizen is racist.
I believe Obama is a citizen and that the birthers are kind of nuts. But if every time you hear a birther rant that is what comes to your mind, I think you need to be a little less obsessed about race. Being paranoid about racists is just as wacky as being paranoid about Obama's birth.

But after researching I found that there are AROUND (14) separate birth/US citizenship theories (and perhaps more.)

nope. the US has always recognized jus soli. if you you were born in the US you are a natural born citizen regardless of your parents citizenship ( with the only exceptions being children of foreign diplomats or members of an invading army ).

Yes he lived in Indonesia as a muslim, under the name Barry Soetoro. He likely got his education paid as a foreign student with Saudi money, most of his records remain hidden or just invite more questions, such as the ownership of the Chicago home, the numerous social security numbers, the active SS # from Connecticut, everyone that could attest to his birth is dead, his sister provided a different hospital, the net is swarming with truth squad operatives to control the dialogue, racists think they must defend him, no matter what. Democrats defend him because they live a delusion of fantasy and wishful thinking, with no connection to reality, because reality bites.
There is more, but that's just off the top of my head. Now I must put the tinfoil back on, bad vibes a comin.
