1.The Stimulus was written 4 months before it was signed into law and only one of the 40 analyst working on it said it would keep unemployment below 8%( not sure where you got 5% from, im sure you meant 8) And as you remember unemployment was at 8.2% before the stimulus was even signed.
You're being very intellectually dishonest by lumping in campaign promises w/ lies about things that have or would happen.
So now politicians can promise ANYTHING on the campaign trail, do NONE of them (while simply blaming everything on the other party), and they still haven't done anything wrong or dishonest?
With standards like those, no wonder we end up with pathological liars and power-mad warmongers for leaders.

When he said that he will transform America he was telling the truth. We just didn't understand that he meant stealing from hard working people and making believe he was going to give to the poor.

In the good ol days, LP records sometimes got sratches deep enough to skip or loop the the stylist...so you got a loop of the last phrase of the song played over and over until someone would get up and move the stylist arm foward to continue hearing the song.
