The health insurance companies are already cut to the bone, with 0bamaCare regulations mandating their profit levels. They cannot absorb $9-$14 billion in IRS tax fees, and survive, so they will pass those costs to their customers.
What is the justification of tacking on the 9 billion fee when the purpose of Obama care was to lower prices?
