Rich Kuwaitis used to go to Iraq to 'buy' underaged Iraqi girls who were from poor families. There are plenty of molesters in government, and they aren't all in the Middle East. Sadaam actually used to protect the Christians in Iraq from persecution by the more fundamentalist Shia.
