Where exactly is the evidence of criminal activity in selling guns to Lanza's mother? Welcome to Obamerica.....

Citing anonymous sources, The Hartford Courant has reported that the guns used in the Newtown massacre, including a Bushmaster rifle, and the mass shooting at Hartford Distributors Inc. in 2010 that left eight dead were both bought legally at LaGuercia's gun shop.
Funny, but ATF should look in the f'in mirror. If those weapons were bought legally from an FFL, a federal background check (NICS) was run. If people did not show as inelligable to purchase, the FFL did nothing wrong. Now, if the ATF and FBI don't adequately maintain the database, or do not prosecute those that break the law by lying on the 4473, the administrators of those bureaus should be prosecuted.
I'm not sure on this, I thought I read somewhere that she was doing straw purchases, if the dealer was aware of this then he was breaking the law.
what about all the straw purchases that the f-troop was doing in fast and furious? it seems to me that they should be prosecuting themselves at the same time.
It is extremely hard and the end result of a long process for the ATF to actually revoke the license of a gun dealer, so there's no way this is linked to the Sandy Hook massacre. But I would think the reasons the ATF shut him down should be a matter of public record; you would think so anyway.

yep, as much of a public matter as fast and furious is. wonder when we will ever get the complete truth out of fast and furious?

no its not.
I know of several dealers in houston closed down for simple paperwork violations that could have been cleared up in minutes in person or a simple phone call.
