Do you oppose the federal government requiring insurance companies to cover contraceptives?
Liberals think that the constitution protects the right to destroy human life, that other people are required to pay for others health care costs, that women must be given free contraceptives, that money must be taken from Peter and given to Paul, and that anyone who disagrees with the above is a hateful bigot.
Sounds like liberals subscribe to ignorance and intolerance to me.
And those are subscriptions that try to control everyone's right to believe what he/she damn well pleases. Far more dangerous than big foot, or the tooth fairy. And by now, Saddam Hussein as well.
No, sometimes it comes from people like Rick Perry, who believes in praying for rain and Christine O'Donnel, who believes there are mice running around with human brains.
Is Rick perry praying for rain any different than a Democrat Rep. that thinks Guam may tip over because of to many Marines going there.
How about Maxine Waters thinking that the sequester will cost The U.S. 170 MILLION jobs!
There are plenty of nuts on both sides of the fence. Maybe all of us could put aside our disagreements and agree to vote all of them out on both sides, you can still vote for the D or the R or the I just not the ones currently in office, lets start out fresh.
The percentages cited in the SELF-REPORTING conservatives is downright scary. No one can claim the "anti-science" throne more than conservatives.
Own it.
Because one doesn't subscribe to your version of "science" does not make one "anti-science." It merely means we don't accept your version, either of the beginnings of the universe — things just springing into existance on their own with no apparent cause, and then, all by themselves, by their own power, becoming more advanced, and "evolving" into new life forms, each more advanced than the former — nor do we accept the hysterical "global warming" alarmism.
The rejection of science is possibly the single most dangerous thing we can do as a country. It stunts our growth and prosperity on every level. It's time to grow up and listen to non-biased experts in their field.
