E.g., it's been pointed out many times that we have limits under the 1st & 4th Amendments. Why should the 2nd Amendment be any different?
No, I'm not concerned about confiscation, nor am I concerned about a background check as I have nothing in my records that would prohibit me from owning a firearm. It's not in the legislators power to collect and ban all guns as the court has also ruled that you have the right to own a firearm, so like I said earlier, you shouldn't concern yourself about having your guns confiscated. Stop listening to the NRA!
The limits under the 1st only happen when you say something damaging. There is an action and a harm portion of it. Yell "FIRE" in a crowd and you have at minimum, disturbed the peace (assuming it was a peaceful gathering). If the ensuing stampede causes harm to a person, then the person yelling is held responsible either civilly, criminally or both. Same goes with slander.
The mere existence of a gun or magazine should not make a person a criminal.

Not much of an arguement. Laws against murder don't infringe on the rights of those who have no intention of committing murder. As such, they are no punishment or restriction on innocent people. Should be also ban cars for everyone because some might break drunk driving laws and end up killing someone?
