Police reach out after bricks thrown at cruisers | www.ajc.com

Cops get a call about a domestic abuse situation. Finds abusive guy in park with 56 bags of weed on him. Cops arrest the guy. (who just abused his wife.) Neighbors think cops were too rough, so when cops come back to patrol some more...in a neighborhood where there are men with 56 bags of weed on them, the people really don't like this, and pelt the cars with hammers and bricks. Because, hey, you cops were way too rough on the drug dealing wife abuser.

Cops. You just can't win, either way.

A lot of damn smileys.

How do we know what the officers say is true? Also, doesn't Atlanta have a history of police brutality and corruption?

Aren't the police officers and politicians the ones aiding the illegal drug trade in this country? Why aren't they busting their own people?

We'll all be so much safer when only police and the feds have the guns( and the criminals) and they have broad reaching new powers to keep and maintain order.
I'm sorry. If you have a problem with the police now, and you are for gun banning, you are a moron.
