Predators only attack and take down those that show fear. Fearlessness is a powerful thing. I conducted my own little experiment a few years back. There was a friend of mine who had a very large yard. To get to his house you had to open the gate and walk a distance to get to the house. In the yard he had this very large and vicious dog. No one would dare go on the property cos' this mutt was truly terrifying. One day I tried something. I removed all fear from my being...had total confidence and walked into this lions den. The dog was rendered incapable of attack. It knew that I was fearless and the mutt backed down.

As long as the government has the unspoken motto of BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID...the public will continue to cower in fear. The first step in the removal of terrorism is to disregard it as a threat. The chances of you being hit by a car crossing the street are a thousand times greater than being the victim of a so called terrorist. Which brings me to the question. Are Americans who overly arm themselves afraid or are they just itching to kill?

Why, they should just have double barrel shotguns and fire into the air. Our executive branch knows what's best and most effective, just ask Crazy Joe.

I don't have a fire extinguisher at my house.
Never called the fire department either. Though, the fire department is more analogous to the police.

This may be a good time to remind people that the terrorists were apprehended by the police with no further injuries to the public. To my knowledge no civilians fired upon the terrorists.
