Depends where you go. My undergrad was done at a small Christian Republican college and to this day remains highly conservative. My masters was at a larger city university and was mostly liberal, but not exclusively. It just depends on where you go and what professors you have. There's no clear 100% either way.
While the higher education system if inundated with liberals many highly educated people get through college without buying in to their failed liberal ideas. The intolerant left loves to force their liberalism on to college students who have little choice but to put up with it to graduate
Yes, and it is getting worse. I noticed a huge difference between when I originally got my undergrad and when I got my doctorate around 20 years later. Those in charge of admittance to grad school, dissertation committees, and hiring of facility are more inclined towards those with similar philosophies. It isn't good, education needs to be well rounded. It is less of an issue in the hard sciences.
