The gays I know have large extended families. Many are happily married with kids. They're accepted by their in-laws, their brothers and sisters, cousins, etc. Most are also doing VERY well financially.

I don't recall anybody claiming that homosexuality was superior...but to say it is somehow inferior is wrong and uncalled for.
It's not about sexuality. There is no sex involved with homosexuals. What they practice is not really sex...We might want call it sex but what it really is can be only seen as sexual dysfunction. I really don't care one way or the other about "sexual orientation" because it is a misnomer. It is actually the orientation of being sexless. Sex to exist and take place needs two people of the opposite sex. If some one says what sex are you ...they mean what half of the sexual human equation do you belong too?

The only thing I see wrong right now is celebrating a lifestyle choice. Why is any lifestyle choice worthy of society's applause? Its always a personal choice. If it works for you, fine. But don't expect me to halt in place and cheer. "Personal" means I don't have to. I want drug use to be a personal choice, but if you become a stoner, again, I'm not going to mark the day on a calendar. That's what I find deranged, the way our society is pretending everything is worthy of celebration. A ghetto kid gets a doctorate? Yeh, I'll cheer. Someone risks their life to save a stranger, yeh, I 'll cheer. Someone decides "I'm gay". Big deal. Don't block their participation in society, but DON'T act like they singlehandedly made society better.
