I wouldn't exactly call what he's doing in the White House working, I mean he does have to get a round of golf in everyday right and party with with his Hollywood friends?
At least in America, employers will include the stupid diversity questionnaire in applications which will ask for the person's race.
If they didn't ask for peoples race in job applications then there'd be no way for the government to track employment by race such as in this article in the OP.
If you can't track employment on the basis of race then you can't tell if a demographic is being discriminated against in the work place.
But I agree. We're all human and we should just get rid of the race questionnaire.
Unemployment is alot higher than official numbers. The reason for this is because people who are not on unemployment or people who have stopped looking for work are not counted as unemployed.
Real unemployment is around 10-11% nationwide for all groups.
For whites it's around 8 or 9%.
Blacks it's likely to be around 19%.
