Parents of children attending a Red Hook, New York, middle school are outraged after a recent anti-bullying presentation at Linden Avenue Middle School.
The workshop for 13 and 14-year-old girls focused on homosexuality and gender identity. They were also taught words such as "pansexual" and "genderqueer."
Parents say their daughters were told to ask one another for a kiss and they say two girls were told to stand in front of the class and pretend they were lesbians on a date.
Superintendent Paul Finch told The Poughkeepsie Journal the presentation was "focused on improving culture, relationships, communication and self-perceptions."
My kids would be pulled right out of these schools. This crap does not belong in school and forcing those girls to do that is perverse. It was probably so the teachers could get their sick rocks off while they watched.
Stick to teaching normal school stuff and enough with this sort of crap.
The gay army will stop at nothing to shove their agenda down the throats of decent folks in this republic.
Why are anti-gays so obsessed with shoving things down throats? That worries me more than any tolerance lesson being taught in schools! Oh yeah, and this is a duplicate thread... slow news day, or do you all just have no life?
P.S. Most of the gay people I know are 10x more "decent" than all members of the anti-gay army I've encountered. Decency is not dependent upon being the majority, as somebody who claims to support minorities (like yourself) should already know.
