And the reason why it's women who are getting fined, is because they have complete control over reproduction, a man's involvement stops as soon as he ejaculates. Given modern contraceptives and the option of an abortion it cannot be anyone else's fault.
Further more, consider for a moment the consequences of a having a child out of wedlock in a country like China. No man would want to marry said woman given she already has met the 1 child limit / the social taboo and given that to my knowledge state welfare is also not available she would struggle to support it anyway. China, it could be argued is saving itself from long term social problems.

Who the heck wants to live in China? Not me. They have their own social problems to deal with. China is not the country I'd want to emulate here.

All the talk about single moms, So sad... Why do we have so many single moms?????? Men play a huge part in it. Not paying child support running out of the child s life.
